ACT for Disarmament invites you to the Ontario Peace Conference, Sept. 13 to 15, 1991 in Toronto. The OPC last convened in 1989 in Belleville. This year, we simultaneously host the annual conference of the International Peace Bureau (IPB), OPC '91 will be a golden opportunity to share ideas with activists from other countries.
Sunday, Sept. 15 will be the IPB's annual general meeting so, on the same day, Ontario peace activists can ourselves meet to discuss common goals, campaigns and ideas.
Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm your attendance or that of your group. It is important that we in the peace movement strengthen our awareness of each other's activities. Encourage others to attend also. You're doing the work where you live, you know whom to contact.
OPC'91 will be the most exciting ever!
